21 Day Fix Planning Tools

Recently I’ve been receiving a lot of requests for my 21 Day Fix planning tools. I didn’t share them on here right away because I wanted to test them and see if they needed to be tweaked at all. I’m happy to say the the people in my accountability group all found them to be very helpful and no one had any changes to them!

Below, you will find a weekly meal planner, shopping list and a worksheet that will help you to plan your week and stay on track with the program! As I’ve mentioned in my 21  Day Fix posts, planning is KEY with this program. If you don’t take the time to plan out your meals, grocery shop ahead of time and meal prep, you will find yourself scrambling for meals and most likely going off plan.

I used the above planning tools along with these Printable Tally Sheets, which I found on Pinterest. You can either print out 3 to get you through the 21 days or you can laminate the sheet (or slip it into a clear sheet protector) and use a dry erase marker to mark off your containers and then wipe it clean for the following week.

Another great tool some of used was using the Reminders app on the iPhone to create a tracking system. Here is a great tutorial I found on Pinterest for how to set it up and use it. It really came in handy for the times I was out and about.

UPDATE: Beachbody has released an official 21 Day Fix app for iPhone. To download it CLICK HERE.

(It is not available for Android devices yet, but I’m sure it will be soon.)

This may seem like a lot of tools for a 21 day program, but they all come in really handy and help to keep you on track and organized. My entire test group loved these tools and said that they made the process of planning a lot easier.

If you have any questions on how to use them, please feel free to contact me!

Thanks for linking to my printable tally sheets! I have more printables for the 21 Day Fix here: http://www.beachreadynow.com/challenge-groups/21-day-fix-prepare/

For tallying, there is an actual app (I have an iPhone so I don’t know if there is an Android version.) where you can mark off your containers through the day. In our case, we use it along with the meal planning tools by marking it off each day. It does cost $2 but was so worth it-I kept losing my tally cards ;).

    • Thanks for sharing Leo! At the time I wrote this, they didn’t have an app on iPhone yet but I did see a few for Android. I’ll have to take a look at the app store and update this post! I love having a tracking option for when I’m out an about. When I’m home, I’m a pen and paper gal. I also like the visual reminder of what I’m doing up on the fridge….keeps me from going off course :)

How do you like the program?

      • Rachel

Hello whIch ones are their for the android I didn’t know what one to pick.

      • Hi Rachel, There is no official app for the Android yet, so I would just check your Google Play store and check the reviews on the ones the come up. I know the official one was just released for Apple but it will roll out to Android users soon.

  3. Just wondering if there are printable versions of the genius papers u made..and if so how do I get them

    • Hi Tiffany, Thank you for visiting my blog and for commenting. If you click on the photo of the planning tools, it’ll open the printable PDF files. Have you done the 21 Day Fix before?

how do you use the 21 day fix worksheet? sorry dumb question I know

    • Hi! Not a dumb questions at all. After printing it, you want to cut out the colored boxes and only use one for each container you are allowed to have per day (ie: 1,200 – 1,499 calories you’ll use 3 green, 2 purple, 4 red, 2 yellow, 1 blue, 1 orange and two teaspoons.) Lay them out and as you make your meal plan for the day, remove the containers you use from the cut-outs in front of you. It’s just a visual tool to help you plan out your day without having to constantly stop and recount what you’ve used. Hope this help :)

Hi, I was wondering where I would find the 21 Day Fix Shopping List. I clicked on the image, but it doesn’t do anything.

    • Hi Monica, Thank you for letting me know that you are having an issue. I tried clicking on the image and it worked for me. If you wouldn’t mind e-mailing me, I’d be more than happy to e-mail the file to you if you are still having issues with the link here.

I’ve been thinking about this for some time now….I printed out your tally sheet…..I’m trying to do this on my own do to money to order the kits….I wanted to know what the spoon at the end stands for?

    • Hi Carla, The spoon is for teaspoons (peanut butter, almond/nut butter and oils). The program allows for a certain amount of teaspoons per day depending on the calorie level that you fall into. It’s really a great program and the containers and workouts really make things simple!

    HI Nikki,

I just received the 21 day fix containers and began researching ways for me to track my containers…as the tally sheets in the book are a little small. I found your blog and I printed my planning kit. Thank you so much, these three sheets are exactly what I need to monitor myself…looking forward to starting the program and getting back on track. Thank you so much for offering the planning tools. It is greatly appreciated.
